Al Boogie
Born and raised in LA, Alfie Lewis danced his way through Hollywood since the age of 5. Although born with the gift of dance, he began studying performing arts in high school attending different theater classes and being a part of many musical plays. His multi-faceted professional career in performing, choreography, film, television, and commercials started in 1990 which allowed him to tour around the world and achieve a great deal of success.
Alfie has made appearances in different films and television shows including TV Land Awards, MTV Music Awards, ASCAP Awards, Ray J and Brandy Disney Special, You Got Served and that’s just to name a few.
You can also see Allies’ moves on classic Soul Train as a regular dancer over a period of 10 years as well as Soul Train Music Awards, Comic View, 106th and Park with Ginuwine. He has also shot commercials for Nike with Lebron James and IPod with Mary J.
Lewis has also had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest artists in the entertainment industry as a dancer/choreographer. Starting in the 90’s with Yo Yo all the way to 2010 with Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Will Smith, Christina Aguilera, and Monica.
In between his busy career, for the past 5 years Alfie has begun to host and mc different parties and events all over the west coast which he’s been enjoying very much.
Currently he is also teaching dance to all ages and also has begun his athletic training as a cardio instructor.
Among his many talents, Alfie has training in massage therapy and martial arts. His belief in the benefits of bodywork for physical, emotional and mental health of the body has led him into a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Alfie hope to continue to inspire kids and touch people from all walks of life.
